Dr. Pahade graduated from M.G.M. Medical College, Navi Mumbai, and pursued her postgraduate studies at Sir H. N. Hospital and Research Centre in 2006, Mumbai. Her specialized training in Pathology and Bacteriology was conducted under the mentorship of renowned experts, Dr. Arun Chitale and Dr. Anuradha Murthy.
Currently serving as a Consultant Pathologist at Kidney Care Lab Pvt Ltd. Dr. Pahade’s previous roles include Chief Pathologist and Quality Manager at Suburban Diagnostics India Pvt. Ltd., a NABL and CAP-accredited laboratory.
Her expertise extends to ISO 15189 and NABL 112 internal auditing, as well as managing NABL and CAP audits as a Quality Manager. She has also completed advanced training in Immunofluorescence.
Dr. Pahade is dedicated to continuous professional development and has conducted numerous training programs for technical staff. Her passion for integrating new technologies and advancing the field is evident through her active involvement in professional organizations, including the Association of Medical Consultants (AMC), Indian Medical Association (IMA, Mumbai), Association of Practising Pathologists of India (APPI), Indian Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (ISHBT), and the Goregaon Medical Association (GMA).
